Exchange and Return Policy
All sales are final in our store, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if you receive an incorrect product due to our error, we will be happy to exchange the product and refund the shipping cost.
If you ordered the wrong item, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange, as it is the customer's responsibility to verify their purchase before completing it.
Any issues with a product must be reported within two days of receiving the package. For an exchange to be valid, the item must be in its original condition, with its tag and sticker intact. Otherwise, we will not be able to process it.
